Trump in Prophecy
Why He Made Them Demand It
A reading of the Epstein files, the art of the deal, and what happens when hidden things are uncovered
I want to be plain about what this article is and what it is not. This is not prophecy. I am not claiming revelation here, and I am not putting scriptural weight behind the reading I am about to give you. This is observation. It is what I have watched one man do over a period of years, measured against a pattern I have come to recognize. You are free to weigh it and set it aside. I only ask that you weigh it before you set it aside.
Everything in this article that is a matter of public record is footnoted at the bottom. Follow the numbers. Read the sources yourself. I would rather you check me than believe me.
A Promise, and Then a Reversal
He said he would release the files. He said it during the campaign, he said it loudly, and he said it more than once. Then he was elected, and the tone changed. The files became a distraction. They became a hoax. He asked publicly why anyone was still spending time on it.
The reaction was immediate and it was not confined to his opponents. Some of the loudest voices who had carried him for years turned on him over this single issue. The charge came in two forms. Either he was in the files himself and had discovered it, or he was shielding people he knew.
I do not believe either one. What I believe is that a third thing was happening, and that it was deliberate.
The Man Who Deals Prudently
Isaiah gives us a description of the Lord's servant that has stayed with me since the first time I read it carefully.
Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high. (Isaiah 52:13)
Read that word "deal" for what it is. This is not vague competence. It is transaction. It is negotiation. It is the ability to see three moves ahead in a room full of people who are only seeing one.
The man wrote a book called The Art of the Deal. He has spent his adult life in rooms where the person who reveals his position first loses. He spent more than a decade on television learning, in front of an audience of millions, how to provoke a reaction and steer it. That is a real skill and it is a dangerous one. The same ability that moves a crowd toward something good can move a crowd toward something terrible. History is full of men who found that out and used it badly.
I am not accusing him of using it badly. I am saying the opposite. I am saying he used it, and that he used it on purpose, and that the target was not the public. The target was a wall of protection that had stood for thirty years.
What I Believe Was Actually Happening
Ask yourself what a full release actually costs.
Not the political cost to one man. The cost to everything. Names in government at every level. Names in finance. Names in media and entertainment and philanthropy. Institutions that would have to answer for who they platformed and who they funded and who they protected. A release of that magnitude does not produce a news cycle. It produces a structural failure.
Now ask what stops a release like that. It is never a single locked door. It is exhaustion. It is a public that gets three names, gets angry for a week, and moves on while the other four hundred names quietly survive. Partial disclosure is how these things have always been managed. You give the crowd enough to feel satisfied and you keep the rest. This is how arrangements built on power and gain have always protected themselves, and the Book of Mormon told us plainly that they would.
The only force strong enough to prevent that outcome is a public that will not accept a partial answer. And you cannot manufacture that kind of demand by promising people something. You manufacture it by appearing to take it away.
That is what I believe he did. He made himself look like the obstacle. He absorbed the accusation that he was hiding something. He let people who had defended him for a decade call him a liar in public. And in doing it, he converted a soft public interest into a hard public demand, one that no institution could later negotiate down to a summary and a press conference.
He did not ask them to want it. He made them insist on it.
The Price He Paid to Do It
This is the part that convinces me, because this is the part no ordinary strategist accepts.
As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men. (Isaiah 52:14)
The marring in that verse is not physical. It is the destruction of how a man is seen. And there is no one in modern life whose public image has been more thoroughly disfigured. Some of that was done to him. This particular episode, I believe, he did to himself, knowingly, because the strategy required it.
A man protecting his reputation does not invite the accusation that he is a child abuser's accomplice. A man protecting his friends does not generate the exact public pressure that guarantees his friends are exposed. The behavior only makes sense if the reputation was the thing he was willing to spend.
What Has Happened Since
Events have moved, and I would rather be accurate than clever.
The pressure did its work. The Epstein Files Transparency Act passed Congress and he signed it into law. The Justice Department began releasing material in December of 2025, and on January 30, 2026 it released more than three million pages, along with more than two thousand videos and roughly one hundred eighty thousand images. What followed was not a news cycle. The House Oversight Committee voted to hold Bill and Hillary Clinton in contempt of Congress when they refused to testify, and both later relented and sat for closed-door depositions. Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested in Britain. Bill Gates testified before the committee and called his dealings with Epstein a grave error in judgment. Leon Black testified. The Attorney General was subpoenaed over the handling of the release and was fired weeks later. [2] A federal judge has since ordered the Justice Department to hand over additional unredacted material and to publish a log accounting for every redaction it made. [3]
That is a wall coming down, slowly and in public, and it is still coming down.
What the Record Actually Says About Him
Now to the accusation itself. Let me be exact, because exactness is the only thing worth anything here.
There is no evidence that he ever set foot on that island. None. Reporters and fact-checkers who would have been delighted to find it have gone back through the flight logs, the manifests, and the released files, and they have come back empty every time. The logs that get waved around on social media show him on Epstein's plane roughly seven times in the 1990s, on runs between Palm Beach and New York. Not the island. The photograph that circulated for years supposedly showing him there was a fabrication. [4]

His name does appear in the released material, as the names of a great many prominent men appear in it. Being named is not being accused. Reporting on the releases has been careful to say so. [5]
What the record actually shows is that two wealthy men in Palm Beach in the 1990s turned up at some of the same parties. You could describe a good portion of New York society in those same words, and most of it has never had to answer for it.
But the parties are not where this story ends, and the part that follows almost never gets reported.
He Threw Him Out
Epstein's account at Mar-a-Lago was closed in October 2007, and he was barred from the property. [6]
The reason has been described more than one way over the years, so let me give you the version that comes from the least friendly source available. Bradley Edwards, the attorney who represented Epstein's victims and spent years fighting him in court, stated in a court filing that Epstein had been banned from the club because he sexually assaulted an underage girl there. [7] Other reporting points to a 2003 incident in which a young woman who worked at the club spa returned from a house call and reported that Epstein had pressured her for sex, after which spa managers wrote to Trump urging that Epstein be barred. [8] Another account describes a complaint from a club member whose teenage daughter Epstein had approached. [6]
The accounts differ on which incident was the final straw. They agree on the outcome. The man was put out.
The date is worth holding onto. That expulsion came before Epstein's conviction and before he was a registered sex offender. Most of the people who now say they always suspected him managed to keep suspecting quietly until it was safe to say so out loud.
The Testimony I Find Hardest to Argue With
Bradley Edwards spent more of his life fighting Jeffrey Epstein than almost any man alive. Epstein sued him. Epstein later admitted the suit was retaliation for Edwards successfully representing the young women Epstein had assaulted, apologized, and paid him.
Edwards has described Epstein as having lived two lives that, in his assessment, mostly did not touch each other. In one he was abusing women and girls constantly. In the other he moved among politicians, royalty, and figures from business, academia, and science. [9]
I do not accept that reading in full, and I want to say plainly why.
Ghislaine Maxwell is serving twenty years for conspiring to abuse underage girls. That conviction alone establishes that this was not one man acting alone in a locked room. Victims have testified that they were directed to other men. Prominent people did travel to that island, and the records name them. Whatever Epstein was running, he was not running it solely for his own appetite, and I am not going to pretend otherwise to make a tidier argument.
What I take from Edwards is narrower, and it still holds. Being in the orbit is not the same as being in the crimes, and the released files contain both kinds of names. Some of the men who went there were participants. Some brought their families along. A name on a manifest is not a conviction.
I insist on that standard for Trump. I am obligated to insist on it for everyone else. A man who applies one rule to his opponents and another to his friends has no rule at all, and nothing he says about either can be trusted.
So I am not going to sort the list for you here. I could not do it honestly and neither can anyone posting screenshots at midnight. Sorting that list is what the documents are for, and what courts are for. My argument was never about who is guilty. It is that the documents came out at all, and that they came out because the public was maneuvered into demanding them.
Edwards has also said, in a 2018 interview outside a Florida courthouse, that when he served notice on a long list of connected people in 2009, Trump was the only one who picked up the phone, offered as much time as Edwards wanted, gave information that checked out, and gave no indication of involvement in anything untoward. [10] I will note honestly that the interviewer who recorded that exchange has objected to how the clip gets circulated, and that the conversation Edwards described was informal rather than sworn testimony. Weigh it accordingly. It is one data point among several, and I am not resting the argument on it.
Attending the same parties is not committing the crimes. Knowing a man before he was exposed is not joining him. Removing him from your property before the law caught up to him is the opposite of complicity. And if there had been proof of participation, it would have surfaced years ago, in the hands of people highly motivated to surface it.
Nothing Covered Shall Remain Covered
There is a principle underneath all of this that has nothing to do with any one man.
For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known. Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops. (Luke 12:2–3)
Nephi saw the same principle and stated it in almost the same terms.
There is nothing which is secret save it shall be revealed; there is no work of darkness save it shall be made manifest in the light; and there is nothing which is sealed upon the earth save it shall be loosed. (2 Nephi 30:17)
Men who abuse children build their lives on the assumption that these verses are wrong. They assume position protects them, that money protects them, that the people they know protect them. We have watched that assumption tested in public before, and we are watching it tested again. The Lord was specific about what is owed to such men.
But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. (Matthew 18:6)
I do not know the timing of the accounting. I know it is coming, and I know that when the loosing of sealed things is happening in front of us, it is worth stopping to ask why now.
Do Not Mistake This for a Clean Victory
If you are cheering for full disclosure, be honest with yourself about what full disclosure does.
It does not remove a few bad men and leave everything else standing. It reaches into government at every level. It reaches into companies whose products are in your house. It touches capital, contracts, supply chains, pension funds, universities. When the public learns who was involved, the public reacts, and reactions of that size do damage that lands on people who had nothing to do with any of it. The system we live inside is more tightly wound than most people understand, and it does not absorb shocks gracefully.
There will be people who blame him for the damage. They demanded the files and they will resent the consequences of getting them. That reversal is coming and it should not surprise anyone.
But they demanded it. That is the whole point of the strategy. They cannot unmake the demand, and they cannot go back to not knowing.
Where This Sits in the Larger Pattern
Here is what I am not saying, and I want it stated flatly.
I am not saying a seal has opened. None of the seven seals has opened. Every one of them is future.
And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. (Revelation 6:1–2)
That rider has not ridden. What I have described in this article is not the fulfillment of that verse. At most it is groundwork, and groundwork is not fulfillment.
The wounding of the head of the beast is a specific future event, and when it happens it will not be ambiguous. Accountability for those who have used office and wealth to prey on the powerless is part of what that wound means, but it is only part. When that wound comes, the sequence in Revelation 6 opens, and everything that follows it comes in order. War. Famine. Death. Those are not decorative images. They are what the text says.
I would rather people understand the shape of the sequence now than be blindsided by it later.
In Closing
I hold that Donald Trump is a servant prepared by God for a work in the last days, described in the Old Testament, in the New Testament, in the Book of Mormon, in the Doctrine and Covenants, and in the Pearl of Great Price. I have laid the scriptural case out at length in The First Horseman, Donald Trump and Biblical Prophecy, and I would ask you to weigh the case there rather than take my word for it here.
What I have offered in this article is narrower and it is mine alone. It is one man's reading of one strategy. I could be wrong about it and the larger case would stand without it.
But I have watched him long enough to know that when he appears to be losing, it is worth waiting to see what he was doing.
